Tracking Every Step: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your "Big 4" gear from our workshop to your front door.

Note: During peak sports seasons (e.g., NFL Playoffs, NBA Finals), slight delays may occur, but we always work to get your kits to you as fast as possible.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
With 15 years of experience, our goal is 100% fan satisfaction. Since each jersey is carefully inspected for stitching quality before shipment, we stand behind our products.
1. Defective or Wrong Items If we sent you the wrong jersey, wrong size, or if there is a significant manufacturing defect in the stitching, we will make it right.

We will provide a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
2. Sizing Issues Because we offer professional-grade stitched kits, our sizing follows standard North American athletic fits.

If the jersey doesn't fit, we offer exchanges. However, as we offer factory-direct pricing, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs for non-quality related exchanges.
3. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original condition (unworn, tags attached, in original packaging) within 30 days of receipt for a store credit or refund.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Need to change your mind? Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of purchase. Once the order has entered the 48-hour processing window or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
