5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Processing: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 48 hours.
Delivery: While we aim for delivery within 8–10 business days, shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. StitchedKits is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or local postal services in the destination country.
Risk of Loss: All items purchased from StitchedKits are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & USAGE

The "StitchedKits" name, logo, and all original content on this site are the property of StitchedKits, established in 2010. Unauthorized use of our brand assets is strictly prohibited.
